This is a OSFA fabulous skirt that can be worn as a dress as well (see photos below). It is a summer weight fabric  with a sheer mesh over the top that washes and dries easily and great for travel. The sherring around the top makes for comfort and easy stretch. Also comes  brown or black . There is also a similar design in a different fabric which comes in Melon or Aqua stripe.
