REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At More to Love we pride ourselves on the quality of the product we are able to offer our customers. Before processing shipment, each garment is inspected carefully to ensure that there are no faults.
We know that you are going to love your More to Love purchase, but just in case something is not right you have the following options.

If you would like to return a product, contact us via email on sales@moretolove.com.au within 2 working days of receipt of the product. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) at this time, which should also be included with the returned item. |
Items will not be accepted without this return number.
We will arrange an exchange for you if the correct size is still available. If the item is no longer available we can issue you with a Credit note, or we will issue you with a Refund minus 10% re-stocking fee.
The exchange item will be sent to you upon receipt of the original purchase.
The standard delivery charge will apply and be debited to your credit card for the exchange garment we send you. If the exchange is due to incorrect sizing we will advise you of the delivery charge. If the exchange is due to manufacture fault we will pay for the delivery of the new item back to you.

3. All items must be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions procedure.
In order to guarantee an exchange:
- Customers within Australia must return the item(s) within 1 week from the date of purchase.
- Customers outside Australia must return the item(s) with 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
When we receive the garment(s) we will contact you via phone or email.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any exchanges, or refunds.
All items purchased on line for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all original tags and labels still intact and attached. All garments are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping and will only be exchanged when received in this original condition.
* Please note due to health reasons SPANX underwear cannot be returned.
* Please be aware that we adhere strictly to this policy and this in no way infringes on your rights as a consumer.

SHIPPING
Delivery charges will be added to your shopping cart during checkout.
Delivery within Australia: Flat rate of $15.00 (AUD) will apply to any parcel. All parcels are sent using Australia Post registered mail.
Delivery for International orders: A flat rate of $30 will apply to any standard parcel.
Under some circumstances shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction.
All orders require a street address and telephone number for delivery.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed in the country where the order originated will rest with the customer.
At this time we do not post to P O Box addresses.
The following lead times to be used as a guideline only:
Australia - 3 to 7 business days
International - 10 to 14 days business days
