The New Zealand designers have done it again! This is a beautiful top at a great price from Cafe in New Zealand. It can be worn over a dress as a jacket, or by itself as a top over pants, skirts or even over a dress. The sheer material near the neck and lower font edge is polyester, but looks like silk - the beauty of this is the easy care. Look at the back (see below) it has amazing detail to give a great shape.
