The Butterfly-sleeve makes this top a great cool change. The sleeves are open on the lower seem - so there's no tight, restriction to the arms. The drawstring under the bust can be worn several different ways (see pictures below). This tunic looks fabulous over leggings or a wide leg palazzo pant (see pants tab). Very cool and easy to wear.
